As a property photographer, one of the most rewarding challenges is helping a major developer showcase their vision across the entire country. This was at the heart of my recent project with the esteemed Sta. Lucia Land, a multi-leg shoot capturing their prime developments in three of the Philippines’ most exciting regions: Davao, Iloilo, and Palawan. Each location presented a unique canvas—from the thriving urban landscape of Davao, to the rich cultural backdrop of Iloilo, and the breathtaking natural paradise of Palawan. My goal was to create a cohesive visual story that highlighted the distinct lifestyle and investment potential of each community, from sprawling residential lots to beautifully designed amenities.
